Digital Product License and Ebook Terms

1. Scope
This policy applies to ebooks and other downloadable digital products sold by Memeilo Lakefronts Finds, trading as Memeilo, through https://memeilo.com.
It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
2. Digital Products
Ebooks are supplied electronically, generally through automatic download after a successful purchase.
The applicable product page identifies the ebook or digital product being sold and, where specified, its file format and contents.
Customers should review the product description before purchase to confirm that the product meets their needs and that their device can open the stated file format.

3. Personal-Use Licence
Unless a product page expressly grants different rights, purchasing an ebook gives the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the file for lawful personal purposes.
The purchase does not transfer copyright ownership or grant a right to commercially exploit the content.
Unless permitted by law or authorised by us in writing, you must not:
- Resell, redistribute or publicly upload the ebook.
- Share the file with others in a way that infringes copyright.
- Reproduce or republish substantial portions of protected content.
- Remove copyright notices or misrepresent authorship.
- Use the content to create or sell an unauthorised competing publication.
Nothing in this licence restricts uses that applicable law permits, including any mandatory copyright exceptions.
4. Download and Access
After payment, the website will make the ebook available through the configured digital delivery process.
Customers should use the download link or account access provided after checkout, where applicable.
If you do not receive the file or cannot open it, contact lokorio@memeilo.com and provide your order number.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve download issues, including restoring access or providing a replacement file where appropriate.

5. Technical Requirements
Digital products require a compatible device and suitable software.
The exact technical requirements depend on the file format stated on the product page. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device supports that format, although this does not remove our obligations if a supplied file is defective or fails to match its description.
Where required by law, we will provide additional information about functionality, compatibility and interoperability before purchase.
6. Immediate Digital Delivery and Withdrawal Rights
We may provide ebook access immediately after purchase.
In certain jurisdictions, a consumer who expressly requests immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledges the applicable loss of a statutory withdrawal right may lose that right once supply begins.
This exception is not automatic. The requirements vary by jurisdiction and may require explicit consent, a separate acknowledgement and confirmation in a durable format.
We will implement the necessary checkout steps where required by applicable law. Until the relevant requirements are satisfied, this policy does not waive any statutory withdrawal right.
7. Refunds and Faulty Files
If a digital product is inaccessible, corrupted, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to conform to the purchase agreement, contact us.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy and applicable law.
No provision in this licence removes a consumer’s mandatory legal rights.
8. Paperback-and-Ebook Combos
If an ebook is purchased as part of a combo, this licence applies to the digital component.
The paperback remains subject to the applicable physical-book terms, including shipping and returns.
A problem with one component does not automatically determine the remedy for the other component. We will review the circumstances and any applicable statutory rights.
9. Copyright and Ownership
Memeilo publications and downloadable materials may contain original text, puzzles, illustrations, layouts and other protected content.
Copyright and related rights remain with the applicable rights holder. Any third-party content remains subject to the rights of its owner.
